 The first look of Vishal Bhardwaj's '7 Khoon Maaf' is out, and the mystery behind her seven husbands is finally unveiled. In fact, the film shows her character aging from a 20-year-old to 65-year-old in seven different looks.

The film, inspired by Ruskin Bond's 'Susanna's Seven Husbands', is a drama, thriller, and a black comedy in which the actor plays an Anglo-Indian woman who kills all her seven husbands.

The film revolves round Susanna and her 'quest for love'. Veteran Naseeruddin Shah, John Abraham, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Irrfan Khan, Annu Kapoor, Vivaan Shah (Naseeruddin Shah's youngest son), Russian actor Aleksandr Dyachenko, have played Priyanka's seven husbands in the film.

For her role, Priyanka had to go seven different age makeovers as wife of seven different aged men at different stages of her life.

Interestingly, for the character of a 65-year-old, the prosthetic make-up team from Hollywood used Priyanka's grandmother's photograph to make her look as close to her as possible.

'7 Khoon Maaf' is Priyanka's best performance till date

The uber talented Priyanka Chopra, known for her power packed performances in films like 'Aitraaz', 'Fashion', and 'Kaminey', is once again all set to leave a long lasting impact with her acting skills in ‘7 Khoon Maaf’.

PC seems to be at her best in film with bold dialogue deliveries like, “duniya ki haar biwi ne kabhie na kabhie toh yeh zarur socha hoga ki main apne pati se hamesha hamesha ke liye chutkara kaise paun, (every wife in the entire world must have once in her life time thought of how to get rid of her husband for ever).

A source close to the 'Fashion' star revealed, “Priyanka has been getting calls and messages from people in the industry and critics congratulating her for her brilliant performance. Many have also told her that 'Saat Khoon Maaf' is her best till date.”

A trade analyst who, too, watched the movie way before its release in January next year said, " Priyanka' s performance in the film is clearly amasterstroke. Vishal has once again got the best out of the fine actress in her.

“Saat Khoon Maaf will always be her best and most unbeatable performance," the analyst added.

John bares it all for Piggy Chops
After creating a buzz with his suntanned, next to naked look in ‘Dostana’, John Abraham has gone step further in ‘7 Khoon Maaf’.

A source from the unit informed, "John plays one of the seven husbands Priyanka Chopra has in the film. Incidentally, he has a very steamy love-making scene with Priyanka.

"The scene will actually show John completely naked with barely a cap covering his privates. The scene was shot with minimum crew on the sets.”

“And they say when Vishal demands something in a scene, he refuses to have it any other way. So actors have to comply. John has always been comfortable with his body and knows that he can flaunt it," the source added.
