Mukti Mohan Comedy Act

We all know about the dancing prowess of Mukti Mohan, who has shown her sensational moves in Star Plus’ ‘Zara Nachke Dikha’. But now the audience will get to see yet another talent of the girl... this time, in another genre.

While talking to an insider, we found out that Mukti will be trying her hands at comedy this time. “Mukti Mohan, who was last seen in Sony TV's ‘Comedy Ka Daily Soap’ with a dance performance on the stage, will now be seen with Manish Paul and Rajeev Thakur on ‘Comedy Circus Ka Jadoo’ doing an actual comedy act. She will be performing with these two comedians and is sure to make the audience fall off their chairs! The shoot has been completed and the episode will telecast in the coming week.”

We contacted Mukti and she confirms, “I have performed a comedy act and it was truly a great experience to perform with such good companions.”

So Mukti are you willing to step ahead into this industry as a comedian? “ Right now I am ‘Ok’ with everything because this is very initial stage for me in this industry and if given a chance then I am ready to take up any genre,” says Mukti.

Mukti Mohan Wiki, Biography

Mukti Mohan was part of Zara Nachke Dikha on Star Plus. She and her Masakali team (girl's dancing team) members have won the show. She was also one of the top five dancers of Zara Nachke Dikha and has been the favorites of the judges from the Massakali team, including Shilpa Shetty, Arshad Warsi and Vaibhavi Merchant.

Mukti Mohan is a Contemporary dancer. She is 22. Mukti is a trained dancer in Bharatnatyam for 9yrs along with other dance forms such as Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hop for about 5yrs. She is currently working as an instructor for Bharatnatyam at Terence Lewis Academy. Mukti is younger sister of Shakti Mohan (24 year old Contemporary dancer) and the winner of Zee TV's dance reality show 'Dance India Dance' season 2.

Mukti is a fresher in the television circuit. She has acted in the documentary film called Blood Brothers, which was directed by Vishal Bharadwaj in 2007. She was also seen in commercials of Max New York Life Insurance, Reliance Mobile, Sony Erricson, ING Vysya Life Insurance and others. She has also filmed a video for Disney Channel.
