With the Royals banning tacky wedding mementoes for Kate and William's big day, a company has launched a hilarious alternative range of souvenir wedding plates.
A Buckingham Palace directive has said items such as tea towels will not get the official seal of approval and others must be "in good taste". So London-based firm KK Outlet have decided to sell crockery with tongue-in-cheek slogans.
One reads: "Thanks for the free day off. HRH Prince William & Kate Middleton's 4 day bender".
Another features a quirky wedding list by Kate that asks for gifts such as a toaster and Oxfordshire.
Referencing the couple's pet names for each other one plate reads: "Big William loves Babykins", another sees the couple dressed up as Pearly kings and queens with the motto "a right royal knees up".
There is even a cheap paper plate to tie in with the hand-written slogan "Royal wedding in an age of austerity".
KK Outlet spokeswoman Danielle Pender explains: "Every royal wedding from Fergie and Andy to Charles and Diana comes with its own peculiar side-business - memorabilia...

Hindi film actor Vivek Oberoi married Priyanka Alva, daughter of late Karnataka political leader Jeevraj Alva, here on Friday. 28-year-old Priyanka is a Business Management graduate from Britain. Her mother Nandini is a well known classical dancer.
Jeevraj Alva, a Janata Dal-United leader and a minister in the Ramakrishna Hegde ministry in Karnataka, passed away in 2001.
The wedding, both in Karnataka and Punjabi style, took place at the sprawling farm house of Alvas in north Bangalore. The Oberois -- father Suresh Oberoi was also a leading Hindi film actor -- will host a reception in Mumbai Sunday.
The pre-wedding ceremonies began Thursday and continued till Friday evening when the barat reached Alva's house. The wedding comes a few days after the release of Vivek's latest bollywood flick, Rakht Charitra, across India.

That is their best connect,” says mother Nandini, adding “Priyan-ka completed her education in New York, where her subjects dealt with non-profit organisations and social work. The athlete, 32, and his interior-designer bride, 27, exchanged vows underneath a gazebo at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, Calif. The couple's 2-year-old daughter, Prianna, served as the flower girl, and fellow Celtics Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen and coach Glenn "Doc" Rivers were among the approximately 80 guests.
The bride wore a strapless Ines Di Santo gown, while Pierce chose a custom Éléyee tuxedo.
The wedding was planned by event planner Mindy Weiss. Following the ceremony, guests headed to an indoor reception that featured a jazz quartet and red-themed floral décor designed by Mark's Garden.
The menu, inspired by one of the couple's favorite restaurants, Katana in West Hollywood, included Robata-grilled skewers of meat, fish and chicken. Guests also enjoyed different flavored infused sake and other Japanese-inspired fare served in a bento box.
The multi-tiered wedding cake included chocolate, red velvet and coconut layers, and DJ Tendaji Lathan spun after dinner, as the couple shared a first dance to R. Kelly's "You Made Me Love You."

The 28-year-old wicket-keeper batsman got engaged to Sakshi, a 23-year-old hotel management student, at a private ceremony on Saturday night.
The wedding at the picturesque Vishranti Resorts at Bidhauli, about 25km from here, was strictly a private affair with only 50-60 close relatives from both the families of the bride and the groom, along with a few of Dhoni`s India team-mates, attending.
