Bollywood's reigning diva Katrina Kaif is all set to make her onscreen smooch debut with none other than heartthrob Hrithik Roshan.

Director Zoya Akhtar has shot a two- minute steamy kissing scene, being touted as the longest lip lock in Bollywood so far, for her upcoming biggie Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara. Hrithik and Katrina have been cast opposite each other for the first time in Zoya's film, though the two superstars have posed for the cover of Harper's Bazaar magazine in the past.

But director Zoya is reluctant to reveal details on the kiss. "I don't want to discuss details because we are still shooting the film. All I can say is that whatever we have shot is integral to the plot. Everything has been filmed beautifully and the actors look great together on screen," she says.

Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara, Zoya's second film after Luck By Chance, also stars her brother Farhan Akhtar along with Dev D duo Abhay Deol and Kalki Koechlin.

A large portion of the film has been shot in Spain where the unit drew the flak of animal activists when the three male actors shot a bull- running sequence.

According to reports, Katrina has also done some daredevil bike stunts in the film.

Hrithik & Kat set for one hell of a long kiss While this will be Katrina's maiden on-screen kiss, Hrithik has mastered the smooching art.

He shared his first onscreen kiss with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the 2006 blockbuster Dhoom 2 and smooched Mexican beauty Barbara Mori in his dud home production Kites earlier this year.

If Hrithik and Aishwarya were quite uncomfortable while doing the kissing scene for Dhoom 2, Katrina's condition was no different when she was informed about the kissing scene by the director.

Says a source close to Katrina: "Initially, she was hesitant to doing the kissing scene with Hrithik. She wasn't very enthusiastic about the idea. However, the director managed to convince her in the end." Sources on the set of the film claim that despite her initial reluctance Katrina seemed quite comfortable kissing Hrithik when the scene was shot. The actress was very professional and co- operative all along, they add.

The kissing sequence happens at an important moment in the film where Hrithik Roshan's character looks into the eyes of the heroine and bids her goodbye without saying a word.

It is only then that the girl realises how much she loves him and runs up to him to seal her affection with a lip lock. So far, the longest kiss on- screen was shared by Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor in Raja Hindustani. It lasted for about a minute.

Whether Katrina manages to strike chemistry with Hrithik in Zoya's film remains to be seen. One thing is sure, though - they will set a new record for Hindi films when it comes to puckering up.

Anjaana Anjaani Movie Review: Siddharth Anand’s upcoming flick “Anjaana Anjaani” is a romantic saga. The film stars chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor and the gorgeous Priyanka Chopra.

The film explores the relationship from strangers to lovers and back to strangers again. The two highlights of the film are firstly the powerhouse performance of the lead pair and secondly the terrific moments in the second half of the film.

“Anjaana Anjaani” is an interpretation of modern day romance. The story of the film revolves around Ranbir Kapoor (Akash) a New York city boy and Priyanka Chopra (Kiara) who is based in San Francisco who are both fed up with life. Akash failed in his business and Kiara in a relationship.

As a result they both decide to end their lives by jumping off a bridge. Co-incidentally they both land up on the same bridge at the same time. They both decide to end their lives on 31st December.

Having 20 days in hand, they decide to accomplish their unfulfilled wishes and thus begin their journey. Unlike typical love stories, in this film romance blossoms when the 2 meet and are about to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge.

This message is conveyed in a beautiful way through the film.” The film is shot in the beautiful locales of America. The film has foot-tapping number and a contemporary appeal. “Anjaana Anjaani” is slated to hit theaters on 1st October, 2010.

TARTE FONDANTE AUX PECHES

Perchè questa torta ha un nome francese?
perchè la ricetta è quella di mia zia Lucienne!
Preparandola mi sono resa conto che la ricetta è molto simile alla Peach tart with almond di Mammazan; quindi avete l'imbarazzo della scelta!
In entrambe i casi è una torta deliziosa da fare con le ultime pesche...e se finiscono le pesche? Niente paura si può fare anche con le pere ed è ugualmente ottima! Come?... non avete neanche le pere?
Utilizzate delle pesche sciroppate! O sbizzarritevi ad inventare voi un'altra variante.

Tarte fondante aux pèches

per la frolla:

200 g di farina

100 g di burro

50 g di zucchero

1 tuorlo

1 cucchiaio di cognac diluito in un cucchiaio di acqua freddissima

1 pizzico di sale

per il ripieno:

2 uova intere

2 cucchiai di maizena (va bene anche la farina)

100 ml di panna liquida

100 g di mandorle macinate finemente

120 g di zucchero

100 g di burro fuso tiepido

4 pesche mature, o altra frutta a piacere, se usate la frutta in scatola, occorre una scatola grande.

Preparate la frolla secondo le vostre abitudini.
Io metto farina, zucchero e sale nel mixer, poi aggiungo il burro freddo tagliato a cubetti e frullo finchè si formano delle briciole...a questo punto unisco il tuorlo e il cognac diluito.
Riavvio fino a che si forma una palla di impasto che lascio riposare al fresco per almeno mezz'ora.

Mentre la pasta riposa divertitevi con le pesche! Sbollentatele, se sono del tipo che si pela con difficoltà, tagliatele a fettine sottili e mettetele da parte.

Stendete la pasta in una teglia per crostate (rivestita con carta forno), bucherellatela sul fondo e cuocetela "in bianco" (cioè senza guarnizione, ma coperta con un foglio di carta forno e dei fagioli) per 10 minuti a 180°

Nel frattempo...preparate la crema:

mescolate in una ciotola con un frustino: le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungete la maizena e le mandorle macinate e mescolate, il burro fuso e la panna e mescolate.

Versate la crema sulla torta semicotta e disponete secondo l'estro le fettine di pesche.

Cuocete a 180° per 30/40 minuti.

Questa torta non è per i giorni di dieta!

Ma un peccatuccio ogni tanto si può anche fare.
