"poi una banana da sola in due...mica basta!"
"Flaffy hai ragione. Sai cosa ti dico?...facciamone dei biscotti!"
"Con la banana? e come si fa?"
"Aggiungiamo un po' di cose...guarda!"

"Farina, semi di girasole e fiocchi d'avena"

"Io ci metterei un po' di miele"
"bravo Flaffy! e poi a noi orsi, il miele piace un sacco!"

"Bisogna macinare i semi e i fiocchi. Poi aggiungere la farina e gli ingredienti liquidi"

"Puffly...non dimenticare la banana spiaccicata!"

Biscotti leggeri alla banana (senza latte)

ingredienti:

1 banana matura schiacciata

40 g di semi di girasole

50 g di fiocchi d'avena

50 g di farina bianca

2 cucchiai di miele

1 cucchiaio di olio di girasole (va bene anche di un altro seme)

1 uovo

1 pizzico di sale

preparazione:

Macinate finemente i semi di girasole con i fiocchi d'avena e unite la farina e il sale.

Intiepidite il miele con l'olio (questa operazione serve per liquefare il miele)

Mescolateli agli ingredienti secchi.

Aggiungete l'uovo e mescolate. Aggiungete anche la banana schiacciata.

fate riposare l'impasto per un ora in frigo per indurirlo.

prelevate dei cucchiaini di impasto e metteteli sulla leccarda del forno coperta da un foglio di carta forno.

cuocete in forno caldo per 15 min a 180°.

Note:

Questi biscotti non contengono latte e anche i grassi sono molto ridotti.

Il sapore di banana è molto accentuato e anche quello di semi di girasole, il miele non si sente.

Anche se 2 cucchiai di miele vi sembrano pochi non aggiungete altri zuccheri...la banana dolcifica molto!

Fate dorare molto bene i biscotti, il sapore ne guadagnerà.

insalata con spiedino di frittatine e pomodorini

Ingredienti per 2 persone

2 uova freschissime

le erbe che vedete nella foto o altre che avete a disposizione

6 (o più) pomodorini ciliegia

insalatina valeriana

olio extra

sale e pepe

aceto del tipo che preferite per condire l'insalata

Tagliuzzate le erbe aromatiche e aggiungetele a due uova, salate e pepate.
Cuocete la frittatina in una padella, deve venire abbastanza sottile.
Lasciatela raffreddare e nel frattmpo lavate dei pomodorini ciliegia e dell'insalata valeriana.
Tagliate la frittatina a strisce, fate dei rotolini e alternateli ai pomodori su uno stecco di legno...

posate lo spiedino sulla ciotolina dell'insalata condita e servite!

Ed ora veniamo al pollo. Questa ricetta non è sbrigativa se usate dei carciofi freschi (adesso ci sono ancora e sono veramente convenienti), ma se usate quelli surgelati diventa rapidissima!
Le dosi sono abbastanza approssimative. Avendola preparata per me ho abbondato con i carciofi e scarseggiato sul pollo! Adattatela al vostro gusto personale.

Sauté di pollo con carciofi e speck

Ingredienti per una porzione

Un quarto posteriore di pollo o mezzo petto se volete velocizzare la ricetta

3 o 4 carciofi

2 spicchi d'aglio

2 o 3 fettine di speck

prezzemolo

olio e burro (poco)

sale e pepe

come si fa:
pulite i carciofi, metteteli in acqua acidulata con un po di limone e poi tagliateli a fettine.
Rosolate uno spicchio d'aglio con un po' d'olio (lasciatelo vestito se non volete che si esprima troppo e interferisca nelle vostre pubbliche relazioni!).
aggiungete i carciofi e portateli a cottura.
Versateli in un piatto e teneteli da parte (eliminate l'aglio).
Disossate il quarto posteriore di pollo (coscia e sopracoscia) e tagliate la carne a strisce
Nella stessa padella dei carciofi, aggiungete un altro spicchio d'aglio, un po' di burro e le fettine di speck tagliuzzate finemente. Rosolate e aggiungete i pezzetti di pollo, salate e pepate e portate a cottura. Occorrono circa 10 minuti. (eliminate l'aglio)
Aggiungete i carciofi e saltate il tutto per pochi minuti, aggiungete un po di prezzemolo tritato a fine cottura se vi piace.

Qualche nota:

Potete realizzare questa ricetta anche con patate o zucchine.
Se non avete tempo di preparare tutto in una sola volta, potete cucinare i carciofi il giorno prima
Utilizzate il petto di pollo se non volete disossare, ma il piatto perderà un po' di gusto!
